allowed them to upgrade 3 lathe machines from the 1990s.

VP of Texas Operations • June 2013 - October 2016
▪ Opened companies first branch (physical) office - Coordinated the search, negotiation, and selection of the location as well as
led the direction of the tenant improvement buildout, IT, and the grand opening party event.
▪ Oversaw the interview process of the first full-time Texas sales associate. Experimented with the Sandler Sales system to frame
the hiring process and systematize sales process.
▪ Doubled the Texas team to 10 engineers to support the growing sales by expanding hiring efforts into local colleges.
▪ Built and implemented a proven hiring process for new college graduate engineers that was replicated successfully across all
offices, cutting the on-boarding time in half.
▪ Accelerated sales efforts by jumping full-time into sales for the Texas office. Leveraged sales training, the Objection
Management Group (OMG) assessment and relationships to define/conduct the interviews for a replacement.
Senior Electrical Controls Engineer • April 2010 - June 2016
▪ Relocated to Austin, Tx to open first remote (virtual) office. Supported efforts locally for the CEO by scouting potential customers, partners and locations. Within a week of moving to Texas, we received our first Texas PO.
▪ Established trusted advisor relationships and grew the team to 3 engineers within 2 months onsite supporting various suppliers in starting up 3 of the 4 production lines.
▪ Generated 1/4 of gross revenue with 1/8 of the engineering team across all offices through efficient project management.
▪ Implemented NOV’s auto driller conceptual design into a PLC. Orchestrated the design and testing efforts starting in the lab, to onsite testing on rigs, to the rollout to 50 rigs within a year. Identified and solved mechanical issue with a Fourier transform.

▪ Led team of 10 automation software engineers for Ashworth embroidery distribution plant. Developed production order algorithm to match orders to over 200 embroidery machines, 150 operator stations.
▪ Led automation controls design and installation of automation, part tracking, and MES integration for diesel engine machining cell. Built trusted advisor relationships that led to 6+ more years of consulting work.
Electrical Controls Engineer • September 2001 - August 2004
▪ Development of controls applications for numerous projects in distribution, sorting, and storage conveyors for Forever21, Sohn Linen, Opryland Hotel Laundry, Ross Stores, Men’s Wearhouse.
▪ Development of custom OPC VB OCX used in all custom VB HMI applications to communicate with PLC.
Coop Engineer • June 1996 - March 2001
▪ Originated concept to improve the testing process of the largest selling product. Designed and built the “Transfer Bar Wiring Test Station” solution reducing checkout time by 20% and improved product quality.
▪ Performed onsite service/repair, design, panel build, assembly of electrical panels/products, creation of quality control procedures/standards, creation of macros automating design processes, R&D, prototyping, and AutoCAD details/layouts.
